Elly + Austin

Elly and Austin wanted to have a surprise wedding for all of their guests, and boy did they deliver! They had their “Engagement party” at the green and quiet Samsonvale Hall in the Samford Valley, QLD and some of their guests were, suspicious.. But Elly and Austin waited until everyone thought it was too late to announce a wedding.. and then they came out on the deck of the venue in their wedding fits and said “SURPRISE”. They then pulled 2 names out of a hat and those two lucky people were to be their witnesses.

Around the corner of the venue the celebrant was waiting, and they had a short, sweet ceremony with personal vows and then walked through their crowd of guests straight back into their party! Elly then surprised Austin with a traditional Torres Strait Islander dance that Austins sister taught Elly in surprise over the months leading up to their special day.
